The City of Karratha is seeking a qualified marketing, advertising, digital and/or public relations agency to deliver a full service place branding campaign to promoted the City in the national market. A full statement of the goods/services required under the proposed contract appears in the Scope of Works and Specific Requirements.

The Deadline for Tenders to be submitted is 2pm (AWST) Friday 2 February 2018.
When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Tenderlink Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method' section of the Request for Tender document.
NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA TENDERLINK PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.
The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify.
