The City of Karratha proposes to license the Wickham Amenities Building on Lot 780 Carse Street, Wickham to Wickham Wolves Football Club for a term of 2 years (1+1) from 01 July 2025 for a peppercorn of $10 per annum.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $16,330 per annum + GST + outgoings on 14 April 2025 for the 326.6m2 space.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.
The deadline for submissions is 5pm (AWST), Wednesday 11 June 2025.
