Perth Festival Lotterywest Films program returns to Karratha

Three top notch international films are set to hit the screens in Karratha as part of the Perth Festival.

The Perth Festival’s Lotterywest Films program will see three exciting films shown at the Red Earth Arts Precinct between February 23 and February 25,.

Copa 71, by filmmakers Rachel Ramsay and James Erskine will be screened on February 23, and tells the extraordinary story of the 1971 Women’s Soccer World Cup, a tournament witnessed by record crowds that has been written out of sporting history.

The 2023 Cannes Film Festival Palme d’Or Nominee May December starring Natalie Portman will be shown on February 24.

The final film to be screened, Radical is the winner Festival Favourite Award 2023 Sundance Film Festival.

The program is presented by Perth Festival, Founder University of Western Australia, Principal Partner Lotterywest.
