PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMET PANEL APPROVAL FOR A HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
The City of Karratha has received an application for development approval for consideration which proposes to amend the Development Approval granted by the Regional Development Assessment Panel on 15 August 2024 for Hotel and Restaurant Land Uses and Development at Lot 2654 (No. 275) Bayview Road, GAP RIDGE WA 6714.
The key elements of the proposed amendment includes:
• The repositioning of buildings at the front of the site,
• A change in floor areas and layout of the bar and restaurant buildings,
• The addition of a ten pin bowling facility.
